How long until my order is dispatched?We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (excl. weekends). This is for both UK and International orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking details. Once you get your 16 digit tracking number, you can follow your parcel as it makes its way the delivery system.

When will my order arrive?UK deliveries are estimated to take 2-3 days after dispatch. International orders are estimated to take 7-10 days after dispatch. Please note, this is only an estimation based on the Royal Mail website and cannot be guaranteed; delays may occur as international parcels make their way through customs.

How are my payments handled?All payments are taken through PayPal to ensure a safe and easy transaction. The gateway also allows debit and credit card transactions.

All are products genuine?Most products on the site are genuine Casio products; this will be stated in the product's description. Non-genuine Casio products include the NATO/ZULU bands.

What are your business hours?Our team are here to help at sales@tiktox.com between 9am and 5pm (BST) every Monday to Friday; we aim to reply to all emails within 2 business days.
