Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long until my order is dispatched?
    We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (excl. weekends). This is for both UK and International orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking details. Once you get your 16 digit tracking number, you can follow your parcel as it makes its way the delivery system.
  • When will my order arrive?
    UK deliveries are estimated to take 2-3 days after dispatch. International orders are estimated to take 7-10 days after dispatch. Please note, this is only an estimation based on the Royal Mail website and cannot be guaranteed; delays may occur as international parcels make their way through customs.
  • How are my payments handled?
    All payments are taken through PayPal to ensure a safe and easy transaction. The gateway also allows debit and credit card transactions.
  • All are products genuine?
    Most products on the site are genuine Casio products; this will be stated in the product's description. Non-genuine Casio products include the NATO/ZULU bands.
  • What are your business hours?
    Our team are here to help at sales@tiktox.com between 9am and 5pm (BST) every Monday to Friday; we aim to reply to all emails within 2 business days.
  • Do you have a telephone number?
    We do not currently have an office telephone number. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contactour customer service team at sales@tiktox.com
  • What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
    If there is anything you cannot find, please contact sales@watchway.co.uk We can point you in the right direction or if we do not stock it, we may be able to order the part for you.
